The worst KFC I've ever been to. Service is slow, self-service kiosks let you order items that are unavailable, staff are rude, slow and refuse to fix any issues. Food is about as bad as it gets without being literally unsafe to consume. I gave it three chances total and all of them were bad experiences for me and/or I saw someone else have a bad experience. Avoid!

Uncooked food! Chicken wings were still bright pink inside, took them back, was given a replacement, they were even more pink inside! Then a guy came up behind saying his popcorn chicken was freezing inside, I had ordered popcorn chicken meals for the kids, went to check, also uncooked, took the whole lot back and asked for a refund, daughter then also complained her tango tasted funny, think the tap had run out, never had a problem with any kfc I have been to before, this one is SHOCKING!

I was looking forward to KFC and no now: never again! The chicken was greasy, the Salat tasted of nothing and the toilets were indescribable. My question for paper napkins was met with incredulity. Such a shame!!!

Visited here today and ordered a gravey with my food among other things. I had to remind the server that he had not given me my drink. The staff all seemed more bothered about getting just eat and uber orders out as appose to dealing with walk in customers. I've come all the way to bradley and realised my gravey is not In the bag.

Our order is always wrong here , there's either something missing or it's different to what we ordered.When we ask if they've checked the order they get cross then we check ourselves and it's wrong.100% wrong, they've never even accidentally got it correct.The picture is supposed to be a rice box,it isn't though, it's salad and chicken.

Just purchased 2 x fillet meal burgers from here at 5pm. The chicken was dry and over cooked, I suspect it has been kept warm all day. The last time I had a chicken burger from here was exactly the same so must be the restaurant. Can't believe I paid £15 for such rubbish, I wouldn't feed it to my cat.

Food was OK but the place was grubby, greasy marks on windows, greasy mucky floor and pee splatted unisex toilets. Needs a good hose down!

Ordered on the app and collected after having to wait 10 mins in store due to not having chicken cooked.Checked the order in my car and they had substituted mini fillets for hot wings and “forgotten” to put in sides. Took it back in to the store, stated that my order was wrong and the woman behind the counter said “yes, your mini fillets” so it had been a deliberate swap without telling me.The service is shocking, you need to check every collection order as they are never right.Avoid and go to Marstons IMO.

They always get our order wrong!!!!! They always provide the wrong dip or mix the different items from the different meals. Today they gave us the wrong dip, wrong drinks and didn’t give part of the meal. They also couldn’t follow a simple request of no ice in the drinks. We ALWAYS have to check our meal before we leave and ALWAYS have to go back to the counter to get it corrected. It is stressful trying to get our food. The staff are all miserable too and never apologise for the mixed up orders! Terrible environment. The portions size is poor too; there is barely any food for the price payed. Although the food is nice, it is not worth the stress to get it. Never getting KFC from this place again!
