I bought my rollator from Snowdrop years ago and had great service choosing the best model for me, and the product is still doing well around 4 years on.When my electric wheelchair broke (due to a cable getting caught and damaged), the engineer, Ben, came to my home and repaired it within an hour, and the charge was very reasonable.I could not recommend them enough.

I don't hate the shop the staff are very good I can't fault them the staff in store the person who does the servicing is good when he is doing the work on the scooter is let him get on with it

Went in to buy an aid to put your socks on, told casually not in stock, whilst there had a quick look at the mobility scooters. I think he sized us up as not serious buyers so minimum effort in displaying the scooters. He missed the chance as we can afford and are looking for a new folding scooter to fit in our car.
