This place is a taxpayers bottomless money pit.Maintenance of the properties is a joke literally non existentTo say the rent for a one bedroom self contained flat is over £850 pm is daylight robbery.These flats are mega tiny.. bedroom can only fit a single bed.The living room can only fit a single sofa.Bathroom has a 600x600 shower plus toilet , sink no bath no room.Kitchen very basic and mega small.Adequate some mite say for a halfway house and short term occupancy, but people have been known to be stuck there over four years.Its only suppose to be a 12 months turnover, hence the name halfway house.Mega money spinner for government. Definitely not value for money.
