Was getting an irritating 'Disk Full' message on my Dell laptop and the speed was glacial but the guys at User Friendly immediately diagnosed the problem and had it all sorted in a week, and now my computer is like it was brand new. Definitely recommended.

17 years ago I discovered this company. They gave such great service and helped me build a pc and sold me a good laptop at a good price. Then recently returned for some repairs and could not be happier. Worth driving from hawick as they are friendly and reliable. 5 star service !!

I have a laptop in for an upgrade. I have received no adequate update as its rolls into the third day. The communication of how far the job is from completion is abysmal.
