Maxine Siggers Yoga

After my retirement, I started practicing yoga with Maxine following a recommendation by another yoga teacher. I was not disappointed, her teaching style is professional and relaxed. She has a thorough knowledge of anatomy and she ensures that each individual client does not exceed their individual capabilities. The classes are group sessions but Maxine is aware of each person’s abilities and tailors the moves accordingly. Attending one of her workshops is a good introduction to yoga and highly recommended.

I have been practicing yoga for some 20 years and have done classes with Maxine for about the last 8. I rate Maxine and her classes very highly, by far the best teacher I have had.She makes you feel at ease whether new to yoga or a 'regular'. She pays attention to each individual, making sure your pose is correct and you do as much as is right for your individual body.

I have been practising yoga with Maxine for some years, originally in person and since Covid on line. She is a sensitive and gentle teacher.Her classes are informative, well prepared and enjoyable, l certainly feel they keep my body flexible and relaxed. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
