Young lad in store who seems to struggle with his reading is always so polite and I find him really inspiring as his always trying so hard to help! Really love that tool station gives people with struggles a chance, don’t see that in many stores

I had the best experience in Toolstation Rochester today, i came in with not a clue what i needed for the work being done on my home but i spoke with the manager called Taryn, who is amazing! She listened to my stresses and managed to work out all the details i needed and even offered me more tools for the future work i told her i was having done. She was polite and i have never experienced that level of customer service before. I am extremely happy and no longer stressed about what i need and the work happening, i even told my husband not to worry about coming here anymore as my experience was that good that i will do it all over again!!!

Store is at the end of an industrial estate. I had to queue to collect as at the time there was only one operative working the counter.

Had amazing shopping experience in this store needing bits for my plumber doing work on my property. Member of staff called Harry was happy approachable and paitent finding all items needed on computer ☺️All happy friendly staff and will shop here again.
