Further to my review and your response. I would like to assure you that my friend has tried as has her partner to get in touch but was fobbed off by your receptionist. There is nothing more to the claim apart from the truth. With regards to the wisdom tooth the dentist spent so long yanking the tooth next to it that the wisdom tooth next to it was dislodge and it came out and also most choaked my friend. Please believe that your receptionist was extremely unhelpful and rude and under no circumstances did she make any effort to make an appointment to rectify the issue she infact told her that there was nothing that you can do. My friend is still in extreme pain and is still having to have treatment to rectify the damage. There is nothing anonymous about this reveiw; I am sure your receptionist will be well aware of who my friend is unless you have more than one patient that has received the same treatment!

A very professional dental surgery with friendly and helpful staff. The dentist took the time to explain my treatment options and the hygienist was very thorough and did a great job.

I am baffled that there can be any negative reviews for Sutton Park Dental. I, along with my husband and children, are long-standing patients. Every appointment for the last 16 or so years, I have always been extremely pleased with the treatment and care I have received from all of the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you receive the best possible care. I suffer with very sensitive teeth but every dentist and hygienist I have seen has always taken this into account and all of my dental treatment is always painless and comfortable. I’d be disheartened if I ever had to change to a different practice.

Amazing place. Would recommend to anyone. Staff always helpful and kind. Been an attender here since it first opened. Baffled that anyone could ever say a bad word about this place! High standards = met.

Always found the team friendly and helpful. My dentist explained treatment needed and why. He managed to remove some old unneeded wire from my brace which has made everything more comfortable. Great hygienist too.

I was nervous about going to a dentist and hadn't been for some time. I had been recommended Sutton Park dental centre. I was amazed how at ease they made me feel, I had a dental nurse called Millie who was so calm and professional and made me feel so much better. The dentist was so thorough and explained everything.I have no issues about returning there.

My husband, my daughter and I have been with Sutton Park Dental Centre for a number of years and I can only say they are all amazing. They have been so kind and patient with me as I have got a phobia about dentists.It has been a very challenging time for everyone.Keep doing what you are doing SPDC.Thank you
