The staff here are so very rude.And it isn't just to me!A older laser came im my work today and she had such a bad experience with Eccles travel shop becuase they wouldn't help her properly she was telling every shop/ concession stand about it!!She's was only trying to figure out how to get a bloody bus pass and what's cheaper for her since she's a senior. Y'all should be ashamed!

Miserable,unhelpful staff! Clearly could not be bothered to help or be at work today! Went to apply for my sons 1st igo card, when I presented her with the form she says...there's no picture. I asked if we can get it done here,her reply no we can't. So whilst trying to figure out in front if her where to get that done...I said do you know where we can do that. Her reply yeah next door! (So why didn't you tell me that information) I then ask do we have everything done / there to complete that today if I run and get picture now. Yes she replies. So I go and get absolutely ripped of at Max Spielman for £11 for a single passport picture, to return and be told I can't do it today as my son doesn't have any ID .Shocking customer service! Very useful helpful

The staff are very helpful and polite. There is a large display of bus timetables as well as information about the trams.

Have visited this shop on a few occasions and the staff always unhelpful and on the verge of downright rude. I hope senior managers look at these reviews as I notice there are a lot of negative ones for this shop.

It is so bad I want to give you a zero but that is not possible so I give you a 1. The customer service is terrible. I walk and in the woman doesn’t say a word, she doesn’t smile or anything she just stares at you. She had grey hair and glasses. I asked her to unblock something for me and she said I can but I’m not going to and when asked why she tells me not to have an attitude her and she doesn’t have to do things just because I asked her to. After trying to talk to her for a while she completely stops answering me and ignores me. I don’t recommend going to this travel shop. Even if the rest of her team are great she has really let the shop down and everyone who works there too.

They were able to answer all of my questions

Only one person behind the service desk. Waited twenty minutes until I was served.! I only wanted to renew my daughter’s bus pass for the week ahead. May I suggest a customer service desk for enquiries, complaints etc...so that the general public can get access to a decent level of customer service.!

Nice and polite staff.

Was able to pay for my getmethere bus card.
