Don't bother with this company, as they can't be bothered with you. We originally asked them to come out on a Friday afternoon, which they accommodated for and agreed between 3pm - 5pm. The guy on the phone was friendly and helpful no complaints there.They didn't bother turning up, we called at 4:45pm asking where they were and they could have let us know. We rearranged them for Monday morning, again didn't turn up, we called them they said Monday afternoon. By 4:40pm no sign, so I call and moaned at them saying we had already been let down once and I was told someone will be with you by 6pm.A guy eventually turned up at 6pm, first thing he did was moan he had to come out of his way for us and he came to stop his boss moaning at him. Very rude and unprofessional. He said he'd do a quote the next day and send it in the post.We never received the quote and no further contact from them. Will not bother with them again. Terrible. Their service isn't even worth the one star I had to give them.

We have used these guys once or twice over the years. Their service just gets worse. The phone staff are rude and useless. They sent a guy around to do a quote that barely fit through the door, totally disinterested and unhelpful. Had to chase for over two weeks, then gave up…. Find someone who actually cares about there customers and business. These guys don’t!…

Couldn't rate them higher very trustworthy, experienced and reliable and reasonable prices so wont be over charged by this company. They've done work for both myself and dad over many years and will always recommend them to friends and work colleagues.

Unproffesional Incompetent Rude....Booked our oil boiler to be serviced...The plumber showed up was surly miserable unhelpful clearly didn't want to do it...He didn't do the Power Flush on radiators which was also booked in blaming the pipes which were 10ml...He broke 3 Drayton radiator valves just left them without telling us...On leaving he then turned the oil off which supplied the house...We had No hot water or heating for over 3days because of his incompetence....When he showed up on the 4th day we told him we'd had no hot water for 3days he just smirked & said he'd gone a 100 days without hot water which seemed strange being as he was a plumber...No apology for inconvenience caused...He was ignorant ill-informed & Rude...The owner wasn't helpful either so can only assume he's as bad as the idiots who work for him. Terrible company to deal with awful surly attitude will NOT use them again. No option for 0 stars not worthy of 1 .

Called because of oil boiler failure. Came out within 24 hours and fixed it. Very helpful engineer. Thank you

I needed to have my out side tap repaired, the young man that came was lovely, he made a great job, and I am really pleased, and I was worried about the bill, but it was cheaper than I thought, so a big thank you, and highly recommend them.

Rang and asked about having some work done in our en suite. They sent a chap round to have a look and measure up. He said he would submit it to the office and they would contact us. This was on 20 July. After the few days, no contact, so I rang them. Was told in a rather rude manner that they were 'very busy', we would have to wait and they would eventually get round to us. As of today 11 November, haven't heard a thing. If they didn't want the job, just say so. Incredibly bad manners and I would never ever use these people. Terrible non existent customer service.

I have been using Paul Derry for years now. They are very reliable always turning up on time. Friendly and helpful staff all work is carried out to my satisfaction. They never ask for any money up front and you can pay by cheque bank transfer or over the phone its customers choice which is rare these days.

Booked them many times. Never had a problem. And never overcharged.

Let down on 3 seperate occasion's. Have a tendency to employ sub contractors who pick and choose. Unreliable, look elsewhere.
