Really nice and helpful staff, not enough desks on when busy one lady walked out, feel uncomfortable when taking too much time, not enough privacy, I could here all the conversations, embarrassing for staff as well. Got a future appointment so will use again but will be going in town after that.

I use various NBS branches around Nottingham as i spend a lot of time driving. I find the team at the West Bridgford branch to provide an excellent customer service and I would use it more often if parking in WB was not so expensive and limited!
