I came literally at 5.30pm after seeing it will close down at 6pm. By the time I got to the door heavily pregnant the girl with a scarf crossed her hands and refused to let us in from window. I found it exceptionally rude and revolting turning customers away last minute then your expecting to make a business? Don't think I'll be going there again. She needs to fix and boost her customer skills or maybe train herself about retail customer service!

I have taken my wife here a few times when she needed" new clothes

Super kind and comfortable environment. It was my first time trying on dresses and I found my dress!! The staff was understanding and got my vibe right away. They let me stay much longer than just my one-hour appointment time. And had me try on many styles to get the full experience. She saved my top pick for last and I fell in love with it. We also stayed well within our budget. I felt like a pampered bride and very welcomed and had fun well and got the job done.

The lady with the glasses is the rudest person ever!!! Her customer service skills are so poor! I have purchased from Maysa before for my brothers wedding outfits for myself and my sisters. But in the past I have literally just gone in for my measurements and and dealt with a different lady (nicest person ever!)This weekend I went in to buy some clothes for Eid and saw a nice white kurta. The lady with glasses (the owner) did tell me to be careful so I wouldn’t stain the dress with my makeup.I tried it on and really liked it but my sister said let’s go to a few other shops and we will come back. So I went back to the changing rooms carefully took it off and didn’t notice any stains. When I went out she immediately took it out of my hands to see if there was any stains. And she said there’s stains on this and now you have to buy it!!!! I looked carefully and couldn’t see any stains around the rims of the top and there was a slight mark which took me ages to see (them glasses she wears have come in use) lol. And said you have to buy this!! I was like bishhh whatttt!!!! For a stain that can hardly be seen. And then continues to say customers won’t buy - which I completely understand however most of the dresses there were covered in makeup and there should be a sign to say if you put stains on the clothes you have to buy. I bought it only cus I wanted to otherwise what could she have done! Call the police lol.My sister has also gone in the past and said she is so rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She also looks at you like if your not worthy of buying anything in the shop.Horrible lady!

My experience with Maysa was very pleasant and easy going.I simply chose different design and outfits and the shop proffesional helped me chose what would suit me. Maysa was very quick with the made to measure outfit and only needed a small adjustmentWould recommend to everyone for bridal!

Came to Maysa with my sister in law for a bridal appointment. From the minute we walked into this shop we were made to feel very uncomfortable. The young lady in the shop had a bad attitude from the start, wouldn't acknowledge us for ages, then made us feel very unwelcome. It was very awkward. Even ignored my mother in laws questions 3 times. She also told us not to touch any of the clothes. How is a bride supposed to decide what she wants to wear if she cannot touch or feel anything? It seemed like any questions we asked were just too much effort for her. Her tone was so rude and passive aggressive, very disappointing. There is a way of speaking to people & she does not know how. I never leave negative reviews but I was so let down by this service I felt I had to. Hopefully she will improve her approach to customers willing to pay thousands of pounds in her shop. Honestly I don't know why a shop would open if they're not willing to offer basic customer service. Should have stayed shut.

The dresses are gorgeous and beautiful but I can't say the same for the owners attitude. She is very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Return and refund procedure is ridiculous and the alterations made look like a child did it. The threads are already coming out of them and the same colour thread wasn't even used. Never going there again or recommending it to others.

Came to the store today as a friend recommended to visit this store for a wedding outfit. The woman working here (wearing glasses) did not acknowledge us at all. Poor customer service. I will definitely not be coming here again!
