I’ve ordered our tree from Creekside Christmas for the past 3 years, and have always been pleased with them. The trees are good quality, last really well, and don’t drop a lot of needles after they’re up and decorated.

Wouldn't get my tree anywhere else - great service, really responsive (I have had to rearrange my delivery a couple of times and they've always been super helpful), and the trees are lovely and well-priced. This year's is the best and most perfumed yet!

Ordered a tree last year and we thought it was beautiful. Went for a thinner one this year due to space (1 foot less). Unfortunately got a small really underwhelming tree which had barely 4 foot of greenery (we ordered 5-6ft). Customer service responded promptly and explained to me how to measure a Christmas tree. For this hefty price-Go elsewhere where you can pick your tree and not be limited by this company sending you a sad looking tree.

This is my second year getting my tree from Creekside and I would happily recommend them. My tree was delivered on the day agreed and I was given regular updates so I would know what to expect. When I unwrapped it however, I noticed a slight green tinge to the bark and an odd smell, I contacted them that evening and they responded first thing the next day and arranged for delivery of a new tree the very next day. Excellent customer service and a really lovely tree!

Fantastic Christmas tree! Definitely the best tree we’ve ever had. Super easy delivery too and he even helped us put it up and take off the netting. Highly recommend!

Although there was a mix up with the delivery, it was sorted out very quickly. The tree is amazing! Full, fresh, and lush and with a lovely smell. I definitely recommend if you are not able to go and choose your own tree - these trees are lovely. I have been disappointed in the past but will definitely be using creekside from now on.
