I cannot rate the service highly enough. Twice they have fixed my cross fit trainer which I have had now 8 years to enable me to keep exercising and avoid buying a new machine. They have not only saved me money, but they sourced parts specifically for my need. They are efficient and reliable with excellent knowledge.I would not hesitate recommending their services.A very happy customer

Emailed fitness fix when I had a problem with my home treadmill. Claire has been first class in answering any query promptly and professionally. My treadmill required a new running mat and Claire organised parts and arranged for the engineer to call and fit. A great price and a quality repair by the engineer. Can't thank everyone enough and totally recommend fitness fix. Thank you

I'm really please with the service. Fitness fix got back to me quickly. I was apprehensive about paying in advance but it was fine. The engineer turned up on the day expected. He stayed for quite some time to look through the machine. He was great talking through what each fault could be and explained along the way as he tested. Our display screen had the fault. The engineer went away to find a replacement but its unfortunately obsolete. I will recommend them. We are not a gym just own a treadmill at home.

Had a problem with my life Fitness treadmill. I emailed Fitnessfix UK and got a reply straight away. Booked a home visit. Engineer came out and was on time, serviced my machine and checked for other faults. Very happy with the service, engineer by the name of Phil was brilliant. Explained everything to us from what was involved in the service, to things which needed attention to things we should do in the future. He was very thorough and as an added bonus very friendly. Would highly recommend their service to others. I emailed a few companies and Fitnessfix was the first to respond. In fact only received responses from other companies after my machine had been fixed and have to say that the others that did respond were twice the price. Very happy that I chose Fitnessfix - great first class customer service including the process for booking and speed of response, great engineers who are very thorough and very knowledgeable of all products and most importantly best most competitive prices. I will only use this company going forward for any future repairs or services.

Brilliant service from fitness fix.They are honest reliable and friendly. Phil had to diagnose a variety of faults but eventually returned our York treadmill in fine working order.So glad I contacted this local company and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Arranged home visit to check out my treadmill which hasn't been used for years. Visited by John who adhered to the Covid rules and repaired my treadmill very quickly. Nothing extra to pay other than the nominal call out charge. Great service

Brilliant service! My running deck cracked and Luckily found Fitness Fix UK on Google. I called the number provided, but there was no answer, so I sent an email and got a quick response. Please note you have to make a payment first(secure). Engineer Philip turned up the next day and replaced my running deck. Phil was excellent, well mannered, friendly and chatty. He did a brilliant job! There is no doubt this company is legitimate. Mohammad
