Cinema itself is not as fancy as some of the more modern ones locally but great value. On today's visit we had an issue with self checkout and staff member named Azeem stepped in to make sure we got sorted. Really friendly and attentive 5* service thanks Azeem

It is one of the only cinemas that have South Asian movie listings in the area. However, my experience here has been a mixed bag - why?The Positive Aspects+ Large cinema (16 screens) with plenty of movie listings.+ Great location - there are plenty of places to park nearby and plenty of places to eat too (there’s a Nando’s right outside!)+ Ticket prices are generally good - a standard adult cinema ticket, at the time of this review, is £5.99.The Not-So-Positive Aspects- The cinema is severely understaffed - just getting popcorn in a queue with just one person in front of you, can take upwards of 15 minutes (come with ample time!). Genuinely slow service.- Avoid queuing at the tills - prebook your tickets if you can!- The cinema facilities are old and dilapidated (as seen in the review pictures). Also, the cinema seats are not very comfortable.- There is an ice-cream stand in the lobby - but in my experience - it’s rarely manned - I have consistently not been able to buy myself any.

Worst theatre experience especially they are not switching off the the light in the theatre ...really its not acceptable while watching a movie... And when we ask about this they are telling about the child safety . But I am wondering how its applicable while watching a 15 rated movies... Moreover it says Dolby digital... but we couldn't feel any best sound quality....I think they are not connected the sound system properly.

Great TheaterCineworld is undoubtedly a nice place to watch movies, and the overall theater experience is quite enjoyable. The seating and screen quality are impressive, creating an immersive environment for moviegoers.However, I have noticed a recurring issue with some movies where the full sound is not adequately provided. It's disappointing when the audio seems to be lacking or not properly balanced, which can take away from the overall movie-watching experience.I hope Cineworld takes this feedback into consideration and ensures that all movies are presented with the highest audio quality possible. With improved sound management, Cineworld would be a top-notch destination for movie enthusiasts.Despite this concern, I'll still consider visiting Cineworld for its comfortable ambiance and great selection of films. I'm optimistic that the theater will address the audio issue and continue to offer an enjoyable cinematic experience.

Cineworld is a decent cinema. There's nothing wrong with it although there are now more comfortable cinemas around. I would describe it as standard" - nothing extraordinary to write home about but nothing faulty. The ticket prices are reasonable and on this occasion the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything else is standard fare: good enough seats

The staff were all lovely, but the lobby was sparse with limited waiting area. The main issue was that the seats inside the showing room were physically impossible to sit on unless you’re happy to fall between the large gap between the actual seat and the back of the chair if you actually wish to recline. I’m not expecting a full recliner chair by any means but at least a seat that fulfils its designated purpose.

I've been a Cineworld Unlimited member since March 2022, using the black card, and I must say I'm extremely disappointed. Lately, it seems like they've been cutting corners by not switching on all the speakers during most of the films. This has significantly impacted the overall movie-watching experience. As a loyal member, I expect better quality and service. Unfortunately, the recent experiences have been far from satisfactory.

Took my kids to watch new troll movie bought them a cup each with a character on top for 7 pounds each expecting a drink in it no!! not only that they are not permitted to put a drink in the cup I would have to buy it separately and put it in myself then 8 pound for large popcorn with no flavour.Once bitten twice shy never again and did I mention it’s a dump.Only came here because the light wasn’t showing at a time we could make.

Lovely place with numerous screens playing almost all the releases at once. Ticket booths let you choose and buy tickets without any hassle. They got a pop corn and drink shop but it closes before cinema and you can’t grab a bit after 11PM.The screens are good, audio video is around 8/10. Seatings was really comfy and being only 6 people in the whole cinema made it even more comfortable.
