Fluid Space

Rosie is phenomenal. I have been to her for 1 to 1 pilates for several months now. I have numerous back issues due to a car accident and suffered a recent herniated disc in the lumbar spine. Rosie and I developed a great working relationship from day one. Her intuition and understanding of the body holistically continues to amaze me. It is not just her experience and her training but it is who she is. She connects with me and my body and is keen to continue to develop her understanding of that interplay.I have been for so many treatments over the years and what I love about seeing Rosie is that is puts me in the driving seat but Rosie directing me to do so safely. I highly highly recommend her. She is a true gem and incredibly talented and committed to what she does.
