I have bought a used phone with this company. It was supposed to have a single scratch on the digitizer screen, instead I got one that was cracked all over. Though it worked, it was clearly unusable. Contacted them, first they agreed a refund, then they went back on their promise. Don't be a fool, no way will I ever recommend this company.

Purchased a phone for my son and the phone arrived disgustingly dirty. However after reading the reviews about them selling stolen phones I will be going back to the company this was purchased through. If the phone does not work I want a full refund.

This company sold me a phone through Ebay which was stolen. The seller has mis-sold me a phone that was already registered to somebody else. This is a stolen phone which was locked and I can not even use it. The seller does not even care about it and has NOT provided a replacement phone or refund. The phone actually belongs to a business who provides mobile services to clients. Many of their phones have been stolen and sold by this company, 'Hate My Phone'. The person in charge of this company is Claire Samuel-Camps and I am reporting hjer to Ebay and other selling channels. Do NOT buy phones from this copmany and their Ebay channel. They have been selling stolen phones.

Got a bargain phone from them on ebay (tip: if you're interested in a product from them, add it to your watch list. They always seem to offer a generous discount when you show interest in a product!). I knew I was taking a risk based on some reviews complaining about poor customer service (even though the majority were happy with their product). Somewhat to my surprise, the item arrived promptly in excellent condition, though they'd turned it on and set it up (without logging in, obviously), which was a little annoying. Everything seemed to work, until I inserted my Tesco Mobile SIM and got a notification informing me that it was locked to EE. I sent a message via ebay and got a reasonably prompt reply offering that I could return it or provide the IMEI and they'd get me an unlock code within 3-4 days. 2 weeks and many emails later, they finally came to the conclusion that they can't unlock it and I'd have to return it. They refunded the postage promptly and refunded the product soon after receiving it. Communication could have been better, and clearly so could quality control, but they did consistently respond to my messages (contrary to what some reviews said). I would buy from them again... albeit hesitantly.

Refuse to cover the cost of returns after bait-and-switch selling phones on eBay, and try to scam people by asking them to close the dispute for a refund. They show one phone in the listing, then send you an absolutely destroyed phone that isn't even the same model as the one you bought in the mail. Do not deal with this company.

Outstanding service from start to finish. As an IT Professional I now recommend this company to everyone I work with. I had all of my Apple devices wiped and decommissioned, with a certificate to cover it all off.Highly recommended.
