We recently bought a used XC40 from Stoneacre in Lincoln and we were very happy with the process.We live a couple of hours drive from Stoneacre, but through an online search of Volvo’s inventory, it was clear they had the car we wanted. Jeni Lloyd answered our initial questions quickly and effectively, communicated well throughout the process, and even took the time to drive to us and deliver the car in person. Having the car delivered was a big help as getting to Lincoln to pick it up was going to be challenging for us.Thanks to Jeni the purchase was quick and easy, and we are very happy with our new car.

My vehicle underwent it's annual MOT & Service yesterday and was booked in by Tracy & assisted by Grace. Both were extremely polite & courteous.On my return to pick up the vehicle, although not quite ready I was invited to make use of the refreshment facility by Tracy. I was subsequently updated as to when the vehicle would be ready. Overall, a very good experience yesterday, thank you to all staff & particular thanks to Tracy & Grace for your wonderful customer service.
