Very Professional Service.Sarah was very responsive during sales process and I was able to order easily.The new double glazing was made and ready to be installed within 2 weeks.CJ carried out the installation which was really quick and smooth. He also helped with a general issue that we had with the closing of our french doors at no extra cost.Really helpful and friendly 5* service.

This is the second time I've used Cat Out Of Glass to install a microchip cat flap. They are very responsive, friendly and reliable and they have good, decently priced product options available. They make the installation seem like a breeze and leave the area tidy. Excellent service overall.

We used Cat Out of Glass a few years ago to fit our cat flap and they were fantastic. We had to contact them again recently as (through no fault of theirs) we needed the cat flap replaced. Again, they were absolutely brilliant - so helpful and offered to come out the same day. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them ourselves again in the future if we ever need a new cat flap

Amazing service start to finish.From the outset, Sarah was very responsive via email and really informative. She gave us an estimate for replacing our existing glazing, and the different styles of cat flaps with pros and cons. CJ attended promptly to measure up and warned us that replacing glazing into a wooden frame could be tricky and may not end up with a seamless finish. But come installation day the new glass and car flap were immaculate.Very pleased, would highly recommend to anyone not sure about exactly what they need, or worried about unreliable contractors.

Great customer service. COFG were very friendly when arranging the appointment, measuring up and fitting. A professional job, sorted quickly and offered the best price amongst others I had tried. Our cat took a few days to get used to it, but now loves his new independence.
