They have very good customer service, I sent in a phone a couple months ago that had a screen issue, it was fixed in short time and I've had no issues with the screen since. I will start taking my faulty devices to this shop for now on.

Excellent customer service. Quickly responded to my online query about a Nintendo Switch which wouldn’t charge. Dropped it off at their store, and was kept upto date with the findings when they opened it up, gave me several suggestions on how they could repair it, giving pros and cons of each suggestion. Would highly recommend, and would definitely use again.

Brilliant shop and the customer service is second to none, I've used the shop on quite a number of occasions chargers. Leads, screen protector and general advice which I've always found extremely helpful, my last purchase from the shop was a PS5 and I'm getting more memory putting on ar the same shop also

Took a phone that was overheating and they reviewed and confirmed the issues. Turned out the cost of repair due to cost of the parts was actually uneconomical. Was advised as such but all this advice was given absolutely free and super quick from the time I dropped the phone off. Friendly, honest and accurate. Top company.

I’ve been using LD Communications for years now and I’ve never been unhappy with any service provided. I’ve purchased refurbished goods and also had many iPhone screens replaced within the years, all without faults (apart from me breaking them).Luke has always been friendly and informative, it’s really hard to find someone with good prices, and that you can take their word/recommendation for anything. The most helpful staff! Fixed my iPhone around 6 years ago and have been back with all my devices that need repairs/looking at since. Even went in last week as my little one got something stuck in the charger port which they removed quick and for free!All my family use the same place for device repairs! Would never go anywhere else

Wouldnt use anyone else other than Luke for my repairs, never let me down and only uses top quality replacement parts and always pays top prices on trade in’s too, sold my last 3 mobile devices to LD Comms when my contract was up so I can speak from experience. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
