Great service from this local supplier in Mirfield. I needed a new freezer to replace an old one, so while delivering a new washing machine he measured up the old one and ordered up a replacement. A few days later they delivered the replacement, installed it and disposed of the old one. I have used Vines Home Appliances for years now and have only ever had great service from them.

Very good and spent time to provide just the product we needed. Price competitive we have used them for years. Service always personal.

So this review is maybe what the company would call out of date due to the fact we actually called them out pretty much exactly a year ago. Called them out to our fridge freezer not working right, fridge part totally wasn't working, and the freezer part was working intermittently. They told us our fridge freezer was totally blocked and they couldn't do anything about it, and advised us to buy a new one.. we went against this advice and decided to unplug it all for around a week to let it completely thaw out and unblock itself. This worked and the fridge freezer is still going a year later. Shame they charged us £60 for the privilege. I'm sure they made a fortune going round to people's houses looking at their fridge freezers for 15 minutes and telling them they're unfixable.. would avoid

Had a Washer & Dryer delivered, absolutely top service from these guys. Fitted & old ones taken away, where else could you get service like that.

Great helpful service, even on a call to another customer he explained that he couldn't help the customer but found a number for another that could help them, this honesty and helpfulness is just the business I want to keep using.My washer has been fixed quickly at a great price so there is no complaints here.
