Took a while, but eventually the job was done.Came to the property to fix a fatly alarm system.Changed the sticker on the control panel, reset the alarm and then left.Not even 30 minutes later, the alarm went off !Tried calling the number they provided, no answer at first.After some time the technician picked up the phone and came back. He had a second look at the fire alarm, took one of the smoke detectors to the van and fixed it.If he would have dune his due diligence from the start, this would have been a 5 star rating !In their defense, the previous company was not able to fix the same issue in the hole 9 months we were with them.
