Poor quality installation. Loose wiring. Poor set up. Constant problems. And call out charges which effectively set the system back to a suboptimal situation. Moved to a different provider who serviced and fixed the problems within minutes. Avoid

Not very responsive, alarm going off for nearly 24 hours and no one turning up to see why. Even calling them to advise promised a callback and nothing. Not very helpful and if was my property would be worried.

This website is selling people fake car keys. This key is being sold for £15 and £7.99 for delivery which is done perposly for them to gain money knowing that they are sending the wrong key, i brought 2 keys. The key is blended and not real. For me to send the key back first class was only cost me 65p. When i asked for a refund they did not return the money back to my card and instead wanted to send me a check not for the full amount. This has been returned to my card after telling them i was going to report them to the police. I told them i would personally come to bring the key back and they did not reply to my message . The address that they are located at also comes up as a hotel. The same key is also being sold on ebay for £1.99. This does not deserve no stars i only had to put it to post this review.

I had an issue with my Alarm system. The front door contact developed a fault. An engineer was sent and fixed the issue same day. Highly recommended if anyone is in the market for a complete system.

Rang yesterday to report a problem with one of my sensors. Engineer arrived on time, the next day, all sorted within 30 minutes! Great service
