Great service with friendly staff. Did an eye check and the experience was seamless. Imran and Martin were fantastic with the service.This is also the only place in Lancaster City Centre (as far as I know) that accept adjusting glasses bought outside their store.I went to the other optician some years ago, and was told that they couldn't help adjusting my glasses that I bought from outside the country.By chance I met Mark from Vision Express and asked if they can adjust glasses not bought from them. Which I'm glad, as now my glasses are adjusted by the team and it feels comfortable again!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff members. They genuinely care and take the time to explain the various glasses, lens options, tests and more. I went in for a routine eye test and to explore their photochromic lens options. I was welcomed and immediately put at ease. Both the assistant, who did the initial pre-test check, and the optometrist who carried out the test were exceptional in their customer service, professionalism and the information they gave. I would recommend this opticians.

Drove 40 mins to my appointment. Paid for parking and waited in store for 30mins only to have my appointment cancelled with an insincere apology. Absolute waste of time and expense.

Great customer service and great range of glasses. Big thank you to Mark who helped me today. Used to use a different opticians for 20+ years, but since switching to VE a couple years ago, the service I have received is fantastic, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went for my prescription glasses. Everyone was mighty helpful. Especially Sara and Ian. They listened and were patient and very professional. I was given options that suited me. The prescription i got was the best. More suitable than the others. The delivery was fast as well. Loving my new specs! I'd definitely recommend.

I do hate to complain, but some of the staff are quite rude. Got some glasses which broke 3 times, kept having to take them back and one of the youngest members of staff was so rude and so standoffish.Would never use this place again.A much better one in town!!

Myself and my son was visiting Lancaster on Monday 24th July so I decided to pop in the vision express store Lancaster when we was very soon approached by a lady who made me and my son feel very uncomfortable and she was not helpful in any way. I will be informing people to avoid rude store members and to use another vision express store.
