Pond Park Post Office

Standing here at the minute with one desk open helping a guy who must be an eBay seller with tons of stuff! Currently 9 people in queue behind me and 2 in front while currency counter is closed. Ridiculous’

Extremely unhelpful staff! Attempted to return a package to sender and had taken advantage of the pre-paid service where the PO print and attach your returns label for you, which I've used dozens of times before at this exact location without issue. Still don't really understand what the issue was; however, the lady who served me ultimately refused to do anything, followed by her colleague chirping in Tell him we're the post office not Royal Mail" ... really ???Delightful experience all round!"

As someone who is new to QR returns i was totally in need of help, the counter assistant I think her name is Arlene (sorry if I’m wrong you where on your own today 17/07/23 ) was so helpful and patient with me, she was cheerful and yes I got it wrong with my returns but she didn’t turn me away she was helpful and sorted me out, she also was very quick at working through the queue five star service well done

Queue times can be long and sometimes only one counter is open so I think more staff are needed but this is not the fault of the staff who are knowledgable and always happy to help

I arrived on Saturday for to get my Father pension at 3.15pm as it was the only post office open in lisburn. I stood in a very long queue for about 10 minutes only to find out that it was closed. When I got back to the car I checked again and it still said that it was open. Not happy about this if they don't waken up and do a bit of work with customer relations they would be better off closing for good..

Was in the other one lady was helpful and the other one Tracy loud rude obnoxious actually yelled IF HES TAXIN HIS CAR WHATS HE GOT THAT FOR? Delightful experience it was

Im sorry to say, Ive found the 'younger' members of staff unhelpful at times, so much, I use the Post Office on Longstone even though its much further away. Service with a smile is what I tell my staff but Im afraid, this is NOT the way at Pond Park!

Girls here are amazing. Can't ask for better service. They're always so happy and positive :)

This post office has lost the ability to give good customer service , the staff think they are not there to serve but to stand about and talk . Not a bit of wonder they are closing post offices down if this is the quality of staff .So rude and argumentative, gave it a 1 star but it’s really a zero. Better post office at lambeg great staff.

Post Office website says this Post Office is open until 7pm. I phoned 3 times before I checked the website to find out the closing time, but nobody answered any of the times. I arrived at 17:57, so had plenty of time and there was only one gentleman in front of me in the queue. Bonus!! At exactly 6pm the lady behind the counter asked the gentleman in front of me what service he wanted (there was already another person being served, by the two people behind the counter). He was collecting a parcel. She said that was OK. She called me forward and asked what service I wanted, it was an international driving permit I was after. Sorry, we're closed was the answer. Short and abrupt. You're closed I asked? Yes, that would take me well past my time, was the answer. I asked if there were any other Post Offices open late? She didn't know, but reminded me they were closed and I wouldn't be getting served.Attitude and service, both appalling. I'll make a point of avoiding this Post Office in future.
