Lovely churchyard and so peaceful ( if that makes sense) we went to pay our respect to John Bonham and signed the visitors book inside the church .

I have been promising myself for years to go. I knew him back in the day. It was so sad to lose a fantastic drummer at 32 years old, real sad.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to be laid to rest. It's a very unostentatious grave that celebrates his life with lots of little bit and bobs that have intimate connection. There is a book of remembrance that can be signed by visitors. The church and churchyard itself is stunning. A 13 century building that oozes history. A very dignified experience.

Tastefully subdued, in a quiet rustic setting at the back of a lovely country church. Well-visited and decorated with fans' personal memorabilia. A very Spinal Tap moment for drumming and Zeppelin fans.
