Motability franchise, very friendly and knowledgeable. Kept me up to date with the status of order, open showroom but small enough that you don't have to search where to go. Staff are attentive. All that's missing is complimentary teas and coffee. Did not have an automatic in the C4 for me to test drive. They will be the first port of call for my next search, great range of cars beside the automatic issue. The information on each car is easy to read with no hidden nasties. Bernard is awesome!

Very chaotic purchase, and after sales not great either.Salesperson assumed to address me by my first name. I did request he didn’t on my first visit, but he continued to do so.He was disorganised and unprofessional. Poor communications between vehicle reservation and collection. When we discussed figures, he spoke about this in the middle of the showroom and not at his desk.Having been through a stressful few days prior to collection, I collected the car. The handbook was missing, so had to go back for this. The spares department seemed to be unaware this was a missing item, so was to be given to me for no extra charge.A week or two after collection, another salesperson rang me up, asking about the service history of the trade-in-car. Again, a very casual and informal attitude on the phone. My first name was used, and I had not even dealt with this person. The service history was definitively in the glove box when the car was traded in.I had a couple of queries about the car after purchase. I was asked to bring the car in, but it turned out my queries could have been answered over the phone after all. So this was another unnecessary visit.All in all, very chaotic, informal, and did not seem to appreciate that I was a busy person.

We were just around the corner when our car started making a funny noise. We nipped into Evans Halshaw service department to see if they could advise whether the vehicle was ok to drive. Rhys was great. Really friendly and helpful. As it happens it was a very simple fix so they sorted it there and then and we were soon on our way. Great service from helpful staff.
