Fantastic school, really glad my children go there. The head teacher is very involved and dedicated to the children succeeding.

this school is not bad

No Stars At All.I can only see two courses of action needed.1) Shut it..2) Complete Change of Staff. Fire all of them..start again.This school has been nothing but problems from day one..The Facts____________1) Uniform.Every School should have.. Agreed. But not like an American Boot camp. Dressing Girls to look like GI Jane.2) Hygiene..Unbelievable! Attended school to take child out of school at lunchtime for an apointment..I see I bowel of dirty Grey/brownish colour water in dining hall. Where all children were lined up getting there hands & face washed.3) Items that Grow LegsTo comply with the school waring uniform. GI Jane outfit purchased from school. Within the 1st week. Clothing missing.. Then given from lost property item that didn't fit. Returned child back to school following day. After we washed & ironed it.. Only to go missing again!! Then told we need to buy again..Child refused to eat the school dinners.. So we provided a lunch box & bag. That goes missing..4) Child Had Fear of Teacher..I am the child's father. Authority figure in the family.. My child has no fear what so ever of me. But never wanted to tell what was going on in the school.5) Parasites.. / VerrucasThis was unbelievable.. But The attitude of the school. Made it even more infuriating..Apparently it's ok for a child to have flees/head lice. Perfectly normal. The question was asked.. What are you doing about this.. Nothing.. Perfectly normal.. Well not for me. So we treat our child. And refuse to let our child return..Google exactly what they are for yourself.***************************Fact you need to know*The RSPCA will prosecute if you're dog has flees. For Neglect!!!*************************Verrucas.. To date we have got rid of three.. One after another..Witch goes back up the list with hygiene.. Maybe mop floors with a little detergent..Or if it's too expensive. Stop making children do P.E/ ballet in bare feet.In my opinion. Teacher is replacing the parent between the hours of 9am to 3.30This also means setting an example. Being a roll model as well as giving education..Example__________Your drive to the town.Your stopped by a police car.The officer gets out walks to you sitting in your car.What do you see? Think be honest..___________________________________No.. wrong answer.You see an authority figure. Dressed in a well presented uniform.Straight away your attertude will be polite, curtious.Why?Because he has power. And demands respect, He will also address you very respectfully.._____________________________________________If he was out of uniform. You probably won't stop and if you did. You would not mind what you said too much.. or how you addressed him.My Point.How can any child in that school learn anything. Take a good long look of the teachers uniform/dress code. Flipflops & stripped tatty cardigans in winter months.. Knee high boots & skin tight jeans with a t shirt in June..How can you intrust your child to learn anything if there is no example from the teachers.Our child has become more & more lazy.. Not interested in showering every evening.. Not interested in getting her hair brushed. Does not want to take off dirty clothes, shower and change clothes..She has also picked up some apsolutely discusting Table manners witch we won't tolerate either. Dipping her hand into a glass of orange juice and licking the juice from the palm of her hand, And fingers.That is it. Enough is enough. Our child is out. We need to correct this.I would never.. recommend send any child to Lings Primary..We never wanted our child there after the parents meeting with the Head Master of school.We knew then. They were just ticking boxes for the Ofsted report. To look good on paper.But we're given little choice.Since we have removed our child. Threats of being reported.. As our child is missing education.Our child can learn nothing from any teacher from Lings Primary Northampton.
