Quick service for Visa

Having a few months ago eventually successfully managing to speak to someone, both the lady and the gentleman I spoke to were brusque at best. I have recently tried to call as a matter of urgency several times when they are supposed to be open. The phone just rings out. Very poor service.

Exceptional service with courtesy.Have inquerd for Visa information , and had instant verbal and email confirmation within an hour from Protocol and Visa officer Mr Anuje Wanniarachchi .

I just spoke to a woman at this embassy who is the rudest person I have ever met ,would not let me get a word in edge ways , Before I spoke to a man who could not have been more helpful ,and to think I was going to make a large investment in this island giving employment to local people who I know would be over the moon to have well paid work, I did not get her name but she should hang her head in shame........And before I was asked to go and meet Karen Mae Hill...I hope you read this !!!
