The experience was pleasant and they are very thorough while washing hair, the staff were lovely.

Superb service and great professional atmosphere, Abi and her staff are dedicated, talented and knowledgeable about the whole spectrum of hair types. They provided a wonderful salon experience tailored to each customer's needs. I was in for a cut and blow-dry before a wedding and came out feeling a million dollars! Abi's will be my new go-to whenever I'm in the area. I also loved how passionate she was about training her junior staff, it demonstrated her attention to detail and high standards.

Really poor service. Booked online and when we turned up she said the appointment hadn’t been sent to her phone, despite it being on their computer? She then told another woman to go to lunch and then told the other woman that she was too busy and she’d have to do it when she got back from lunch. She told me to return in 20 minutes which I couldn’t as we were picking up my son from school and she just shrugged. Very rude. Not welcoming at all. Think we had a lucky escape as we went to a salon in Banstead (Charlie Brown) and paid the same price she was going to charge for a really lovely experience which is highly recommend.

It was my first cut and colour at Abi's. The Salon itself is in great condition and nicely decorated. They also use Aveda hair products which is great as I am always looking for products that are as natural as possible.I had Grace and she was excellent. She listened and understood what I wanted done to my hair. She also gave me advice and recommendations, which was great! I decided to have a section of my head shaved to a level 3 (half shaved look) and was quite nervous - Grace was really good at working with me and helping me get through my initial worries. Technically she is brilliant, great stylist - probably the best shape-up I've had done to my long hair.Overall I am really pleased with the service and the results of my hair - will definitely be going again!

I had my hair highlighted, cut and blow dried by lisa-Marie as I had a Groupon voucher. I am soooooo impressed with the finished results. I also had alot cut off as I hadn't cut it for over a year and wasn't charged extra. The highlights are really good and she cut it to perfection and ALWAYS asked along the way of my opinion. I also was made a pot of tea with biscuits and a chocolate by the young lady who washed my hair. I will DEFINITELY be going back to this hairdressers. 100% satisfaction!

Had an amazing experience when using abi's for the first time today. Used a Groupon deal which was a really good deal. Had Lisa do half head of highlights. Having not had my hair touched for 2 years and trying to dye it myself during lockdown. Was explained that I should really have a toner and was explained the reasons why I choose not to but Lisa done a great job of the colour and highlights. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on thank you so much.

Absolutely fantastic!. They make you feel at home and attend to all your needs, including making you feel calm if you have any worries or concerns. They always listen to what you want, not what they think you should be. I love having my hair done by Abi and her team - they are first class, highly professional and I would recommend them all day long!!!

Had to calm down before writing this facial review as it wasn’t all bad: 1 star for the exfoliating and steaming and 2 stars for the AMAZING face and neck mask and massage at the end, the stars taken away are for the pain endured during the extractions (the most painful and longest ones I’ve ever had in 15 years of having facials) and the traumatic state of my skin a week later looking worse than before the facial (and now need to consider abrasive treatments to remove the additional scarring caused). Will definitely NOT go back for facial but might try a massage next time.
