DDL Tiles

Beautiful tiles from an amazing company. The team at DDL went out of their way twice to get me tiles at short notice (thank you PJ) so that my project ran on time. Friendly and amazing customer service, a rare find and I will use them for all future tiling needs.

First attracted by their great website to visit in store. Selection and quality of tiles is second to none. The customer service then takes it to a whole different level.Don't be in a rush when visiting. There is an amazing selection and so much help and advice available.Came in as a customer and left feeling like family. Thank you all so much.

I'm not usually one to write reviews about non food based places. But when service and quality are beyond exemplary... This needs sharing.This is a local tile shop, family run with with a great selection of tiles coupled by a spacious layout. We found the exact tiles we were looking for in our second bathroom and were given great sound advice at every stage. I only wish I had bought my main house tiles from here! I have recommended them to friends who have also been extremely satisfied. Keep up the hard work....

We highly recommend DDL Tiles! We needed tiles for a new bathroom and visited many stores. DDL has the most beautiful tiles by far and they make them in a large 120 x 120 size, but also amazing customer service. This is a family run business, and they go out of the way to make sure that their customer is happy. We had some last minute requests for various items to complete the bathroom look, and DDL quickly and efficiently sourced everything. Prices are very competitive as well - we will be coming back when we re-do our other bathrooms.

We walked into DDL tiles not knowing exactly what we wanted. PJ and Dinesh were very helpful and gave excellent advice and guidance. We ended up buying all of our tiles from them and could not be happier. Also honoured that I was able to provide the 100th review!!

PJ is so passionate about what he does and will go the extra mile to help you. Alec’s was so knowledgeable,professional and a pure gentleman . He really did give great advice when we were purchasing floor and wall tiles for our family bathroom. The quality and choice is fantastic and they have a great showroom. I was planning a complete house renovation back in Mar lock down when I came across DDL Tiles, this family run business deserves 10 stars if Google would allow it. The customer service from start to finish is the best I have come across in a long long time. Their knowledge and attentiveness in listening to their customer is so nice to see, Dinesh and his father recommended us to go for larger size tiles for better outcome, just look at the end results! My wife and I are so so happy with it.DDL Tiles beats all the so call large tiles stores hands down. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially families and friends who is looking for new tiles, take a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

I purchased some outdoor tiles for the garden and some indoor tiles for an outbuilding. From start to finish, the experience was very pleasant. It was extremely professional yet friendly.The tiles ordered came from abroad, and we had a few broken tiles in transit. I contacted DDL who immediately stated they would replace any broken tiles (which they did).I then ordered additional tiles (3 times) as we underestimated our order size. DDL were so helpful in placing the orders, and fast-tracking them when able to help meet our supply-chain issues.For the small orders placed, where i collected, the staff loaded them into my car, and ensure the tiles were secure and safe for transportation.I received follow up calls to check all was okay and if we needed anything else. I could tell this was done out of sincerity, and not for sales purposes.I highly recommend this company. The tiles are top quality and the service is excellent. Exactly what you need when going though a home renovation.5* company and team!

Amazing products and fantastic value for money combined with the best service in the world makes this one of the very best tile shops! As other reviewers have showered PJ and his team with praises, I can only say that I wholeheartedly agree with all of them.

I purchased all my tiles (floor, bathroom etc) from DDL tiles and I love the quality and finish of my house now. Dinesh and his father PJ Mathur are both lovely people and guided us throughout the selection process - they have the largest selection of large format tiles and also reasonable... Very professional throughout and even after sales - we ran short of a few tiles and they arranged extra tiles at a short notice before our project was completed which really helped us a lot... Overall, if I even need more tiles for myself or friends/ family, I know we are going straight there... Highly recommend.
