Can whole heartedly recommend Carpet Smart in Welling. Graham in the shop is very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right flooring. Had new carpet in a bedroom, landing & stairs & vinyl flooring in hallway. All laid on the same day. Service was excellent. Dave the fitter was punctual, polite & friendly and never left a speck of mess. Was respectful of my property.Really pleased with my new carpet & flooring. Excellent value for money.

Graham was super friendly from the start and he was available to answer all our questions. When a size amendment was needed due to a change in our house planned works, Graham came to our house to confirm the dimensions and to sort out the details. Carpets installed on the scheduled date preceded by a courtesy phone call. Excellent service and I will be definitely using them on the future.

Graham was recommended to me for some carpets in a rental flat. The whole process was easy and straightforward with Graham recommending which carpets would be best. I ordered the carpet on Saturday and it was fitted on Thursday! Jordan was very polite and efficient. He fitted the carpet beautifully, It is high quality- both looking and feeling great.
