Reiki with Fiona Bonner

I had a reiki session with Fiona after a particularly difficult 18 months. I was unsure what the session would involve, but Fiona explained the process, put me at ease and I had my first reiki experience.In the days after the session it was quite remarkable the changes that occurred without consciously thinking about it. It literally felt like a weight had been lifted from me, my mind is clearer, I feel more positive and relaxed in general.I would highly recommend Reiki with Fiona.
