Very good customer service during MOT and general maintenance work.The mechanic found a fault, it was explained to me and viewed, along with a cost and time to remedy. Admin staff made sure all documents were updated.Very professional at all levels.

My Superb went in for diagnostic on where the coolant was leaking. Found the leak, told me the quote as there was silicone all over the engine from where the garage had put the reconditioned engine in (not Pulman garage). Told me on the Friday that it needed another part as it was covered in the silicone they found. They did not charge extra for the bulb replacement and honoured the original quote. Have had the car 5 days still running well and had to do a 500 mile round trip and is running perfectly. Was kept updated throughout and the service I received was very good.

The company car is driven by a prat who does nearly 50 in a 30 zone.
