Booked Rachel for a few treatments for my sister and I. We were so pleased we did! She is really lovely; was prompt, organised, put us at ease and most importantly was excellent! Very professional. She has a natural gift for massage and could find and focus on all the right spots that needed work. Reflexology was fab....needless I say I feel well pampered and relaxed! Thank you xxx

Completely and utterly disgusted in the behaviour of this beautician". Emailed this lady to come to my home today and asked for a facial and waxing.I gave her full details of where I lived and informed her that it was on the 3rd floor and that there was no lift also informed that there is no parking (as I don't have a visitor permit with me) because of this I told her where there was free parking and how long it took.She arrived and called me when she did
