Wren Kitchens

We spent the morning with Miron, designing our new kitchen. He was beyond brilliant! Fantastic at talking us through our different options and putting together something that ticked all the boxes and more. He was also very helpful at keeping us to budget. Highly recommended!

Wren so far have been great. Especially the back office. We placed the order last year and are doing a self build so honestly did not realise it would take this long. But there you go and finally my kitchen is due to be put in next month. Super excited.

We had a good initial period where the designer was very friendly and helpful, she did her best to cater our needs and visualise/design what we wanted. I am pleased with the design and the initial service received during the designing process. The staff in store are also very friendly, however, from when you put your order in and pay the deposit, things start to change. The after sales is definitely not great. You also find it hard to contact the designer/people you were initially in contact with, you are simply directed to customer services for a lot of simple queries, and it is generally longer to get support.One other negative is, I would never have thought we would receive the number of damaged cupboard/frontals as we did. So many were damaged, and whenever I called customer service to order a replacement the wrong item was sent which delayed works for our builders and meant we had to wait, and they had to keep coming back to fit the replacement pieces which cost us extra in labour. This was incredibly stressful as I was having to be available for the calls back and forward, receiving the incorrect item and paying extra.There was an empty space in the kitchen between two cupboards, when I called and asked if a panel/filler was missed out, customer service told me it was probably just the way it had been built, not something they forgot. The builder showed me the design, and everything was fit to measure. This isn’t something the designer would help with either, so you’re left to your own initiative and costs.Although I am happy with what my kitchen looks like now, I am not satisfied with the customer service and communication at all and honestly imagined everything to be much more smooth sailing than it was. If I was to do it again, not sure I would go to Wren for the reasons outlined above.

We took time of work for a meeting. Turned up before the time. Meeting had been cancelled by Wren but they didn't contact us. Waste of time anyway as the place was being redeveloped with 70%+ of their display being removed/replaced so we couldn't make choices. So many staff standing around but none of them could see us. They weren't bothered.

Really happy with our kitchen. From the design process to installation Wren did a brilliant job. Our designer made the process enjoyable and the fitter they provided was friendly and helped us with other jobs around the house. There were a couple of hiccups - some tower units were not flatpacked initially and wrong dishwasher plus matching door were delivered. Wren were very responsive and resolved the issues promptly. Overall would definitely recommend!

We were so happy with our initial kitchen design but there were a lot of issues since we received our kitchen and the customer services team, the management team have been very disrespectful and difficult to deal with and we are still trying to find the right person that can help to resolve the whole mess.Our designer Kim was really nice and we trusted she has a lot of experience and is doing her best in designing our dream kitchen.We agreed to have grooves added to the worktop which were missing from the design and were asked to pay extra on the day of templating the worktop.Additional worktop surface to go along inside the tall unit which we were told by the worktop designers that we can not have and we were overcharged.The tall tower units came with the wrong interior colour.The quality is not great either for the money we paid !We can not express our frustration in having to deal with this company which we previously trusted as we returned to them as existing customers but seems we have been treated very unprofessionally with lack of respect. Think twice before you spend your money going to Wren.

Avoid if you want a professional and high quality product and level of service.We were supposed to have fully built in wardrobes. As a result of poor quality measuring from the outset, the wardrobes are not built in as designed.To add to the poor measuring, the wardrobes now obstruct a live electrical socket which wren are refusing to fix.Initially Wren advised the electrical socket was not on the plans. When this was highlighted to them, they offered no apology for the mistake.A very small amount of discount has been offered which will not cover the cost of correcting the issue. They are now threatening to withdraw the minimal discount unless we accept in 48 hours.The level of service and quality of work has been terrible. Avoid at all costs.

We received a great service from Wren. The visit to store was really informative and our designer Sara talked us through everything we needed. Delivery was on time, well organised and the guys were friendly and helpful. Great experience.

We used Wren for our open plan Kitchen. Our designer Ash Khan was brilliant. He designed our kitchen how we liked it even before the building work done to make it open plan. So we could visualise it. We visited Ash 3 times before we finalised the design. He was very helpful in listening to what we had in mind , most importantly the budget and suggested a unit then showed us the design of it which we loved eventhough we made slight changes with the quality of appliances etc.Everything went smoothly from Wren; ordering to delivery to reordering couple of missing items. The delivery men brought items to the place we wanted it stored. All measurements were correct and installation went smoothly. Wren app is so useful to get all your details in one place and to reorder any missing items. We love our kitchen. ❤️ Thank-you

I absolutely love my Infinity Plus Milano kitchen in Bianco Satin. It has transformed my kitchen and my home and looks beautiful plus the quality is amazing!I was assisted by lovely Kelly Green at Wren Kitchens in Croydon- Kelly was absolutely amazing in helping me plan my kitchen and was knowledgeable and so friendly. She answered all of my follow up questions ( even the silly ones) via phone and email and was really reassuring. I really recommend Kelly!!!My delivery was on time apart from the extractor fan ( which they allowed me to find my own and refunded me for the one which didn’t arrive). But in all I found the process very smooth and professional and am very pleased with my new kitchen.
