5 days agoWe took up there special offer of unlimited teeth removed and for some strange reason included a free urine test for £200.This was done by my wife without my knowledge as I would have predicted the outcome.1 tooth out so where back again soon (extra money) and by the way your dogs failed the urine test(No dog passes this spoke to a few dog owners who have fell for this) it needs special dog food to clear this up it's only £70 which she paid .Took me about a week to recover from this when I found out .Stay away there professional money makers with plenty of tricks to maximise there profit.ReplyOk I Will email my complaint to RCVS immediately ...

I can only now 2 years and 9months later describe my experience with Batn Lodge. My little jack Russell Lou Lou was nearly 18years old when Adam came to her home and put her fast asleep, all through Lou Lous life I have been going to this practice and the vets have been wonderfull, especially Adam who looked after Lou Lou till the very endIrene Craige

There are Indian call center staff that have better communication skills and clearer command over the English languageEvery time you go it’s a foreign employee who you can’t understand

My first issue is the receptionist who is rude, i walked into the surgery and she shouted at me you can't come in without a mask! WAIT OUTSIDE"! I dont have a problem with wearing PPE but there is no need to speak to anyone in the way she did. No sinage to state masks were needed!Secondly the vet had very poor patient skills and i felt very awkward asking any questions as he responded each time with a sigh

We've used this vet multiple times since we moved into the area a couple of years ago. We've been to the Orrell surgery with our Cocker Spaniels, and to the Ormskirk surgery with a Bearded Dragon we used to have. We've always found the care to be excellent and competitively priced. (Regarding the other review claiming expensive prices - compare with medivet practices if you want to see expensive prices!)

They rush you and don't take much care. Prices are extortionate way to high. £25+ for a checkup. Never coming back here again. Won't recommend this to anyone.
