Ben the swimming teacher is great and a credit to the company. Their admin side is a bit unprofessional, emails with spelling mistakes, texts being sent out asking for money when parents have already paid. We also had a concern one with safety once which was brushed off as we pride ourselves on being individuals and that all teachers are differnet." As far as im concered no matter the teacher they should all be paying attention to the non swimmers in the pool! The swimming is abit expensive per session but it's good that all certificates and badges are included."

Extremely disappointing service and highly discriminating people who works there! Not recommended!

**Adult swimming lessons ** Thanks to the teachers at Individuality, I've gone from terrified of water to improver, it's taken me a while as we are all different, but thanks to their patience and their knowledge, swimming is now an activity I really enjoy and look forward to. I highly recommend Individuality.

The admin is absolutely terrible, they do not care or listen. I went to one of their lessons that left me traumatised and when I asked to cancel my further lessons they refused to refund. The director is condescending and will talk down to you. I would suggest you go somewhere else instead of dealing with these cons!

We signed up for the 0-1 class at Talbot school.The site is not secure, enabling anyone off the street to walk into the changing rooms & pool side unchallenged!Changing rooms are dirty and smelly with nowhere safe to change a baby just the very narrow benches with a mat on.The clear roof makes it so very hot poolside and very bright, which our little one struggled with and prefered to keep his eyes closed.None of the instructors asked who we were or even knew that it was our first class. This leads me to think that you could just walk in and take a class.Needless to say we have not signed up for more. I guess it's a lesson of you get what you pay for" considering it is alot cheaper than other providers in the area."

Unbelievably brilliant. I feel extremely lucky to have found the group that I take my great niece to. She loves it, I love it, Tom is a fantastic teacher and the venue is perfect for us too.

Ben teaches my 6 and 8 year old and he is fantastic. They have made a huge amount of progress in such a short space of time. Would highly recommend.

Instructor spent most of his time with his back to my son staring at young women during very expensive 1-1 lessons- this was incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable to watch. My son didn’t progress! After asking them to stop direct debits, they continued to take hundreds of pounds, despite them upholding my complaint and dismissing the instructor. They verbally promised a refund for the last lesson he attended and this never happened, they continued to take money for months after until I was forced to stop it through my bank! Terrible customer service, unlawful taking of a direct debit and unsafe teaching! They may be one of the most expensive providers of 1-1 lessons but they are not worth it!
