He suggested I buy 3 extra packs for cuts which in the end I didn't use, I called to return the 3 packs only to be told I'd only receive just over half of what I paid for them back. I wouldn't recommend or use this place again.Update after response below:There was no waste, the joiner used exactly what was needed with half a pack spare. He explained If you start with the cut from the first row and so on, nothing goes to waste. Which makes me question if you're measuring & fitting for customers, you're telling them 10% is needed for cuts when it isn't. He also said the flooring we received is the old style click system which you have to knock each joint to secure, the new style just clicks together taking half the amount of time.

Carl went out his way to source the make and colour of laminate floor I need to match the rest of my house after the online store I bought it from originally stopped getting it in and I was really struggling to get it anywhere else.Carl also went above and beyond to get the laminate delivered to me despite delivery not being something he typically dose outside his immediate area. Carl kept me informed every step of the way and was professional throughout. Will definitely be using in the future if needed, thank you!
