Louise is one of the most amazing people I have ever known.....she was amazing from the first second I met her and it didn't matter to her I was not a typical slim bride (how other places make you feel)..... her dresses are out of this world and she cannot do enough for you. even now after the wedding she is so excited to see the wedding pics and hear how married life is treating me..... she is a friend for life and I will use and recommend her to anyone. I can't recommend Fairytale Gowns, and the owner Louise, highly enough!!!Having traipsed through Norwich and having no luck one of my friends suggested I try Louise. I'm so glad I did!!! Her range of gowns and accessories are just exquisite and so reasonably priced! I found the perfect dress and veil - I felt just like a princess on my wedding day.Having gone to other shops I found the experience of trying on dresses stressful and somewhat invasive! However Louise is so relaxed, helpful and fun it was like shopping with a good friend. Even after I had purchased my dress Louise took all my measurements helped me find a seamstress. My dress was stunning and I couldn't have wished for more. Thank you Fairytale Gowns!

My mum, sister and I visited Fairytale Gowns one rainy day in February as part of a 'girly day' on holiday in the run up to my wedding in October. I never thought that I would find 'The One' as we are not from the area but from the minute we walked into the shop Louise made us feel right at home. We tried on some of my choices, but it was actually Louise's choice of dress that was the perfect one for me. In the end we purchased not only the dress but my 'fluff' shrug and my gorgeous veil from Fairytale Gowns. We couldn't have been more happy and we highly recommend Louise's service. Thank you!

I visited Fairytale Gowns after meeting Louise at a weddding fair & I honestly cannot recommend them enough! I’d been to a few shops in Norwich & found the experience quite intense and not overly enjoyable. When I visited Fairytale Gowns I wasn’t expecting to find my dress but thought I’d have a look. There is such a beautiful selection of dresses, Louise was so helpful & totally understood everything I said I did or didn’t want. I tried on a couple & then fell in love with my dress! Louise ordered it in for me in my size & then recommended an amazing seamstress for alterations. My dress fitted perfectly & I felt like a princess on my wedding day. If you’re looking for a dress, definitely visit Fairytale Gowns for amazing service & style.

If you are looking for a wedding dress and I imagine you are if you are looking at this website, then I recommend that you don't just look at this website but visit Louise at her shop in Stalham. Chris and I got married on 27 August 2016 but I started looking for my dress in the summer of 2015. I live in Sutton which borders Stalham but along with my Mum, I started my search in Norwich. We visited many of the larger well known stores but not only did I not find what I was looking for I didn't feel comfortable with any of the sales assistants. Fairytale Gowns was our last stop. Right from the moment we walked into the store, and what a store, Louise put me at ease. The shop floor hides a beautiful self contained dressing room where all the bridal wear is kept. Louise's first question was 'what did I not want from my dress', which at first I thought was quite odd, however, after trying on various dresses I thought I would like, Louise suggested I try something that I didn't think I'd like, a lace covered dress. All I can say is Louise knows her stuff, I loved the dress once it was on, even though it was about 6 sizes too big! I decided there and then it was the one. Louise took my measurements and ordered me the dress to fit which would come from Italy. Once the dress arrived, I went in for a fitting, after a stressful start, the dress wouldn't do up, and I'd cooled down, it fitted perfectly! Over the next few months, Louise helped me choose my accessories, always knowing what would look best. I ended up purchasing everything except my shoes from Fairytale Gowns! Nothing is too much trouble for Louise. She is at the end of the phone or email and didn't mind me arranging a few times to come in just to check the dress still fitted! I'm still waiting for my photos to come back, but I felt and looked amazing and Louise with her knowledge, patience and guidance was a huge help towards this. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Do not waste your time elsewhere, visit Louise at Fairytale Gowns, she makes dreams come true x
