Liam did a fantastic job - we have been experiencing internal issues with penetrating damp etc., and Liam was able to offer a solution for the render with the hopes to solve them. The render was badly cracked, and whilst waiting for the weather to be suitable he temporarily filled the cracks to prevent further damage before he could get back.Once he could come out, Liam was reliable, efficient and communicated extensively throughout. He was very patient with my torrent of questions, and explained each step of his process so I was completely in the loop. Liam gave plenty of price options and was very transparent about additional costs etc., and we were really happy with the price we ended up paying for all the work.The final positive from our experience with Liam was his recommendations for other areas of the house we were having issues with, which resulted in a second opinion from a roofer and a solution to a leak!In short, Liam is great, and we would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

Liam has undertaken multiple plastering jobs for us now and won't hesitate to get him and his crew back again as we work through the house.Work is to an excellent standard and Liam was very knowledgeable in giving us initial advice.

Liam re-rendered the entirety of my house. He was extremely professional, taking a lot of time to walk through my options and provide recommendations. He routinely walked me through his work as it was being done and the quality of the final product was great. Further, he has been very helpful in arranging a series of other tradesmen to come in and do other jobs.I hope to be using him for a number of further jobs in the future.Highly recommend.

Liam plastered a living room for me. He kept me well informed about the work, and his availability.Liam approached the job with a can-do attitude and took extra time to understand my intentions for the room and actively approached his work in a way that now makes it easier for me when putting the room back together.I won't hesitate to give Liam a call in the future.

Liam is a superb plasterer. We moved into a 3 bedroom house that had not been touched since the 1970's and he helped transform it into the most beautiful home. From coming to meet us to view the job, to the time he finished, he was a pleasure to have in our home and his plastering is the best we, and all of our friends and tradesmen who worked on our home have ever seen. He is the tidiest and most respectful worker, always on time and is a true perfectionist (which is great when you are too! or some would say fussy...) anyway I would have Liam back in a flash and actually have asked him to do some rendering work - another specialism of his. The knowledge he holds as to his trade is remarkable and you really are in safe hands with Liam. Get in there early as he gets so busy!

Edit-Quality finish but showed 3/5 days one week meaning that the work that was advised 1 to 2 weeks went into 3 weeks. Then didn’t turn up one day in the second week due to sickness, which is fine but he did not inform us and we spent the day outside the house as we thought he’d be working. Then on payment was hostile towards my older parents. Whilst I understand that on completion of a job payment is needed and tradesmen can’t be to careful about getting paid for their services, that’s absolutely fair. However the way in which Liam approached this was unforgivable. He was offered a cheque, to which he sneered. It was explained to him that if he’d prefer a transfer then it would have to wait a day or two until my parents were able to go into branch as there was a limit on the amount you can transfer online. Liam was very hostile at this response and said that he didn’t care about about ‘any of this age rubbish’ and needed paying now. If he expected same day payment via online transfer then he should have outlined that prior to completion so that arrangement could have been made to cater to older clients. He in the end reluctantly took the cheque and went to close the door in the face mother on the way out. To which my mum responded ‘I can close my own front door Liam’ as she was shocked at his manor.

Liam is a fantastic plasterer, kind, courteous and reliable. Liam is incredibly knowledgeable about the trade and his professionalism and quality of finish really do represent that. We needed to have a large problematic wall in our Georgian house in Bath stripped back to bare stone and plastered with lime. Liam was quick to show up to view and quote (which was reasonably priced for the type of work), knowledgable, helpful, friendly, communicative and patient when discussing the job and answering my many questions. Some other plasterers didn't bother to quote or clearly didn't understand what was really needed. He did a great job despite some tricky issues with the wall and the materials he used appear to be ideal for allowing vapour to permeate, which is important in older buildings such as ours. I'm very pleased to have found a tradesman who, like me, really cares about making sure a job is done properly and in a way that should be long-lasting and appropriate for a period property. I have no hesitation in recommending Liam.

We're so grateful to Liam for taking on our kitchen plastering job. He agreed to help us despite it being a really challenging room to plaster, due to the textured ceiling, uneven walls, and hard to reach corners. We made the mistake of installing the kitchen before plastering, and he was still willing to take on the job!Liam was very knowledgeable and talked to us about which materials he would use and how many layers it needed, in order to achieve the best finish. We thought it was very generous of Liam to share his approach and consult on the project in our first meeting, before we decided to go ahead. I learnt a lot!Liam and Chris are both really lovely guys and were respectful with the space. They went the extra mile to properly chase in cables and electrical boxes into the walls, for a smoother result. They both really care achieving a high standard finish, and we're so happy with the quality.

Liam is a top plasterer. The quality of finish that he demands from his work puts all other tradesmen to shame. He has been working on a complex lime project of ours for the last two months, and has happily dealt with any variations from our original plan. The improvement to the property in terms of damp issues is dramatic and the finish is incredible. His experience and advice mean we have ended up with an even better end result than we could have imagined. He has been totally up front about costs (which are amazingly competitive) and where we have deviated from the original quote he has been clear about price changes. All in all thoroughly recommended! We will be getting him back for all our future plastering and pointing work (that is how good he is).
