The shop was fine. My complaint is with staff using the disabled toilet.I was caring for a disabled Lady. She was unable to use the disabled toilet as it was engaged. She struggled in the Ladies toilets but she just about managed. On leaving we saw a very able bodied member of Tesco staff coming out of the disabled toilet.This is very unreasonable and should not happen!!

What happened to the organic vegetables. I went there today and there wasn’t a single organic pepper, cauliflower, bag of rocket or fennel that was organic. Really disappointed

We walked to this store so didn't need their parking, we only purchased two items and used the self service tills, all good.However despite Tesco offering their Aldi price match, this is only applicable on certain lines and not across the store, so overall they are still more expensive to shop with.They have slso steadily reduced the clubcard bonus point system to the point for us where we only shop with Tesco for those items we cannot get at Lidl or Aldi.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that staff and customers are STILL subjected to all weather's, since the numpty who decided to relocate the Click & Collect site, did so without providing any shelter! Surely, this is a health & safety issue re staff wellbeing? Tesco, we are paying over n above for groceries, we expect far better, or at the very least, the basics!October 2023 - Shelter erected not fit for purpose!

We haven't visited the maldon store in a while but went yesterday and were really amazed by what we experienced. It was of course very busy but spotless in presentation.We found prices to be very keen and the shelves well stocked.We found everything we wanted, the girl on the checkout was happy and smiling. But it didn't end there, outside my wife had trouble getting her coin out of the trolley but in a flash the man collecting them appeared and helped her. He then asked if we had found everything we wanted and if we and were we happy. For a supermarket experience this was the best! Well done, see you soon a five star experience

We live in Chelmsford but prefer the Maldon Tesco's. Always nice & clean. And a café for breakfast before doing a shop. And the TU section has quite a nice choice for clothes. Also, the EV charges if our car needs to be charged.
