Useless and incompetent staff.STAY WELL CLEAR.I was told in December 2022 that I was coming to the end of my IVA and had only 6 payments left to make. Shortly after this was my annual review, where a further 1.2 thousand has been added on to my account as undeclared income. (This was untrue, I haven't hadn't a pay increase in two years). I am now seeking legal advice because at this point, they are just scamming and making figures up (which I have email proof of). I have contacted ombudsman and will be pursuing punishment for their abhorrent behaviour and useless service. To anyone working for them, you should be ashamed of yourselves, I am definitely not the only one who received this bad service.

I chatted with Charlotte, who was very understanding and polite and saw things through the company's eyes and through mine. Suffering with mental ill health, I have not felt so relaxed with anything in my life, especially money, and after the live chat, I felt more relaxed and at ease.Very understanding and offered help through their specialised team.Would recommend FSS to all that are struggling with debt.So thank you to Charlotte and the rest of the team.

The first two years of my IVA has been absolutely fine. I upped my payments when my financial situation improved and have come close to paying the full amount off.Now I am coming to the end (paying off early), they are doing everything in their power to make me continue paying. Most recently, a £1071 bill added AFTER I asked them to increase my payments and they told me no, they believed I couldn't afford to do so. Magic that.I can no longer speak to them on the phone, as I am either spoken to like I'm stupid, or I am getting told different things from different employees.Honestly avoid at all costs.Just for further understanding, my debt will be nearly DOUBLED when they are done with it.

Stay away from this company, they're very dangerous, after 2 years and a half they increased by 124% my agreed monthly payment (more than double), and that was for a little overtime that I did because I can't cope with my monthly outgoings. Attention here: The overtime is not guaranteed by my employer, it's not available every month and it's not compulsory. I filed complaint with a Government Insolvency Agency, but everything moves slow, just stay away from this company so you won't have to go through to what I'm going through for more than 4 months. This company is not to be trusted, you can see they're not even on 'Trust Pilot', stay away from it.

Do not trust them, they hide their fees, they misled you go for IVA, so they sell you something which isn't through, this happened to me. I was force to go through with IVA without understating everything, I was pressure to sign for IVA because they agent know how to work your mind and make you scared about your debits. Now I am having metal issues, depressed, because I was misled to IVA. I supposed to pay XXX now I have to £4k extra hidden fees which they never mentioned. They tell you that if you sign with IVA you will have 75% of your debits wiritten off. don't believe, as your circumstances change they will increase your IVA monthly pay. they will not support you if you go through an issue during your IVA, an example, I had surgery and I was unable to pay, they forced me to pay, because I had received money, but they never consider that I had to pay another bill and I had to away from work 6 months.now I am mentally ill and all I have from them is NOTHING.they are scam, and your close to finish your debits, they will tell you that you have to cover full debits+ IVA feesRunning out from them. otherwise will finish like me, mentally ill, depressed and on suicidal watch

Very good company. I was in a right state before as I didn't know what to do. I called them up and they went through my options and they really walked me through everything. They have an online chat if you don't have time to call which I usually don't do due to work, so this has been a helpful feature. The only reason I am giving a 4 star and not a 5 is because they have automated emails for outcomes and reviews but for someone who always books appointments this can still feel quit worrying. If they could take names/ emails off the emailing list for people who have booked their review appointment then that would be better.

Wow, what a joke of a company. I have no words for the incompetence, the lack of empathy or the way they treat clients towards the end of the contract. Be warned people, do not use these people, legal robbery. However the financial ombudsman are interested in the case and it will be progressing to the small claims court. Thanks FSS, for the very unique experience, it's been a pleasure. NOT!!.

An Incompetent companyYesterday afternoon I received a quite disturbing email from the company's closures team stating I need to pay an additional £1429.13 to finish my IVA concidering I only have 2 payments remaining i found this situation very stressful as I don't have that sort of money available an I wasn't happy with the prospect of extending my iva as the 5 years have gone already. So I phoned the customer services they where less than helpful they had no interest in helping or looking into it they just wanted to wind me up on the phone until I bit. I've suffered with my mental health for a long time this caused me undue anxiety and depression.This morning I was contacted by Graeme from the resolutions team off the back of my original review on here. I have just got off the phone too him he had another look at the financial review. And confirmed there was an error made on the review (not the first time it's happened) and I owe NO additional fees. But to get too that conlusion I have to complain as the customer services team don't let you speak to anyone elseI've upgraded it from one too two star for Graeme swift action too look into the situation and correct errors made from another department. So my advice to anyone in a similar situation don't be afraid to flag it up you may not get it resolved by the so called customer service team so put a complaint on here and they will probably get back to you very quickly.This company needs to review its staff training across the board and they may become a better company for it.I just can't wait until the end of January when i no longer have to deal with them
