I contacted John after considering hypnotherapy as an option to help me deal with an array of issues, most of which was anxiety related including feelings of stress, overwhelm and a general sense of hopelessness about my future. After a telephone consultation I felt that working with John was the right thing to do for my needs at that time. I felt very at ease with John and rapport was built very quickly, which I feel helped get the most out of our sessions. John is a very warm, passionate and upbeat therapist, I felt completely comfortable in discussing how I was feeling and didn't feel as if I needed to hold anything back. Working with John gave me the time and space for myself which I desperately needed. I already had a lot of ideas of what I wanted to do in my future and how I wanted to live my daily life, however since working with John, those ideas have become more of a reality. I have quit smoking, started eating better, exercising and have more confidence in myself and am much more optimistic about my future. I would recommend John to anyone considering hypnotherapy and am very pleased with the level of service I received.

I found John through an FND site. I’ve started suffering with Functional neurological disorder in August 2022 my symptoms initially were stroke like symptoms loss of speech and weakness in my left hand side a few months on and I started with seizures and tics my mobility deteriorated with weakness in my legs also my speech was very slow or sometimes struggled to speak at all. I started seeing John at the beginning of December John made me feel welcomed straight away and very relaxed, we spoke in depth aboy ill and any issues I’d had in my past he called it emptying my bucket . I had probably 5 or 6 sessions with him each week he asked me for a target to achieve and each week I smashed my target. One week I went in and I felt I’d gone backwards on my illness I was very anxious with tics and my speech. He suggested let’s leave it for two weeks for the next session in which I agreed. Two weeks later I returned for my session and I was like a new person my speech was normal my walking back to normal and my confidence was back .We worked on a rate scale my lowest was 0 and my best was 9/9.5 well I definitely reached my 9.5. Don’t get me wrong I still have seizures but my life is so much better. Thanks to John and his work my life is nearly back to normal. I would like anybody who’s reading this and are having problems please just go and have a session, to me it was worth every penny. Thank you John you helped me back to being me plus the 3ps of course.

John is amazing and has helped me to completely change my life.As it was my first time, and hypnotherapy was basically a last ditched attempt for me to help overcome a serious 30 year problem, I was filled with all of the usual preconceived ideas relating to hypnosis when I booked my first session.However, when I arrived John was really friendly, welcoming and explained everything clearly to me so that I could fully embrace the experience and what an amazing experience it has been.Over a course of sessions the problem I had has completely gone and I am overwhelmed by the change in myself and this is all thanks to John, his professionalism and what he does.The only thing I wish I had done differently is embraced the idea of hypnotherapy much sooner as I am blown away by the profound positive impact it has had on my life.John, I can't recommend or thank you enough!I hope many more people have the opportunity to utilise hypnotherapy with you to enact such positive change in their lives too.

John has helped me immensely with my self confidence and anxiety issues I have been battling for some time . With the power of hypnotherapy and a lot of support from John I have managed to not only get myself into a much better place I have also has the confidence to come off my anxiety tablets ( with doctors supervision) too. I cannot recommend enough hypnotherapy especially lead by John . He helped me understand what I was going through and it was great to see the weekly improvements too we discussed on every call . John has been my saviour, if I hadn't of met him I genuinely don't think I would be here writing this review. I am now living with chronic recurrent depressive disorder rather than suffering from it and this change to my life has been possible due to the techniques I've learnt through Hypnosis with John.Why did I chose Hypnosis? After another breakdown in January and spending time in a halfway house between home and being sectioned because of my illness, I was offered help on the NHS however there was upto a 24 month waiting list for this help. My family firmly believed that I wouldn't make that 24 months. By chance my partner found Johns details and contacted him.I had my initial consultation and immediately felt completely comfortable, John gave me a relaxation tract to listen to daily I started my Hypnosis the following week.The change in how I felt was immediately life changing and after several years of existing" I could beat this depression.After several weeks I was living again

I went along to see John as a bit of a sceptic, i was on a downward slope at that time to say the least . That said i would like everyone to know if they are considering Hypnotherapy and have any doubts about its remarkable power of change then please go ahead and try it for yourself .John helped me realise that the changes that occurred within our sessions were all down to myself and this knowledge is very empowering.John in is empathetic approach is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does.I plan to keep on having top ups now and again just to keep me up there.My grateful thanks to you john.
