Tender Touch Pet Salon

My show type cocker spaniel Parsley visited Tender Touch Pet Salon last week for the first time. Parsley has sensitive paws and some anxiety around his paws being touched due to experiencing uncomfortable skin issues as a puppy. Sadly, another local groomer refused to see Parsley again due to his paw sensitivity, so I have been searching for another groomer who is caring and capable of the job.Lorna listened to what I said and was very gentle and kind to Parsley, explaining when I collected him that all he needed was love and reassurance and he allowed the team to trim his legs and paws. Thank you so so much for a wonderful job. Parsley is looking beautiful! Looking forward to coming back in 6 weeks!

Oscar had his second groom today, since we moved to Salisbury. So happy with the wash and cut when I collected him. I would recommend Tender touch to any dog owners.

Such a lovely a welcoming vibe. Nero is my first dog to need grooming so I was inexperienced and unknowledgeable about what he needed. I placed my beloved Cockalier in their hands and was delighted by the result. He's very shaggy and fluffy footed. He's also a fairly nervous pup but they knew exactly how to deal with him. I loved the reminder I got too which prompted our second visit. So friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

We have a 70KG Bullmastiff called Boston who although very gentle and usually docile really doesn’t like the hair dryer! The guys at Tender Touch were very professional, took their time and had patience with him. As someone with a giant breed, finding people with experience of them is hard to come by so huge thanks to Tender Touch, Bostons already looking forward to his next visit!

Honestly not fully their fault but kind of is. I know it’s unusual but wanted to get my cats groomed because they were shedding a lot and it was really hot weather so wanted them to feel better and get deshedding. I called and the only time they had was 2 months later!
