Decided to go here for some pizza, we were able to make our own pizza and there were lots of ways to customize including sauce, meat, veg, cheese, dough. All pizzas are made fresh in the pizza oven.

Food is really tasty, this was one of our favourite places to order from but every time the order was missing parts or things were incorrect. The delivery drivers must not know how to use sat navs and can never find any address’s. The general customer service is absolutely appalling.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. We ordered one of the meal deals and stated this before ordering and had no issues with the offer. 2 fresh pizzas, 2 cookie dough and a bottle of drink for £28. The food was prepared fresh, the staff were friendly and although it was quiet they were very busy with delivery orders.

Spent £30 on pizza that never arrived. Rang shop and they didn’t (apparently) know anything about my order which is funny as I had an order number, was getting order updates and then the guy turned up at my door! Unfortunately with someone else’s food and not my pizzas! Absolute disgraceful customer service when I rang them and you have now lost a loyal customer!

1st visit. Fabulous pizza, far better than the likes of impasta Worcester who charge double for a inferior tasteless pizza. 50% off lunchtime menu is superb.Well done guys! Paul the chef was fab.Quality ingredients, excellent prices.

Visited today and a mix bag. Food was great! But got refused the buy 1 get 1 free offer (it was a Tuesday) despite the video board promoting the offer.I got told this was because I didn't use the app but no mention of that on poster or in its small print.By this point I had already promised my child pizza so didn't wanna let them down. So made it an expensive visit.Oh and hot tap in toilet is insanely hot and burnt my child's hand! I showed team on way out and warned them of it and they very nice and helpful about it.So like I said mixed bag! Great food but left feeling ripped off and with a crying child.

Don’t accept deliveroo orders if you have 1 driver on shift poor service all round. Be honest, don’t say the pizza is going in the oven then an hour later say the thing will not use again

Make sure you stand with a outside your house with a big sign 'deliver here'. We waited and looked out for delivery. No sign if them, phoned them and we were told that no one was in. We explained we we had been here the whole time. Man refused to deliver our food and was rude on the phone, even though they took our money and we are now trying to get a refund. We had used them on quite a few occasions and never been issues. We'll after there rudness and not refunding our money they will never have our custom again. Order if you like playing Russian roulette!!

Pizza was good but as a Coeliac disease sufferer I got a gluten free base. Unfortunately there was definitely cross contamination as I had a bad reaction to the pizza.
