Alan’s Barbers, possibly the best barbers in Rugby! Had to get a cut, as my regular barbers was temporarily closed, so chose Alan’s on an off chance; have never looked back! The service is brilliant, skill set high and this barbers is now my preferred destination when in Rugby! Give it a try, you’ll be impressed! I was, is & still am impressed! Still a regular customer after 3+years!

This is an update to my previous 5-star to 1-star review. Considering it was OK to accommodate Afro-hair cut until recently. It is one thing to have communicated such politely but to be rude in such a manner that other staff and clients have to apologise is so unprofessional; I never uttered a word of response buy rather had to offer an excuse to my son for such manners.

Popped in for a trim and a touch up on my fade. My barber was very efficient and had great attention to detail. He would regularly go back and correct himself, I appreciate that he didn’t just leave it as is. I was treated very well; got given some good head rubs too. I was charged £10 + £1 for a card payment, which compared to other barbers in Rugby, is very reasonable. Been here a couple times now; they’ve definitely become my favourite barbers in Rugby.

Was a good shop, charges were nominal, we went every month.Until today I didn't know if someone has a little more grown hair, there will be additional charges, phew... it's not about paying additional few quids, this breaks trust and relationship. I will definitely find a new barber for my family, and there's a lot in Rugby.New addition to the comment given by the owner:A boy's normal hair has outgrown 2-3 weeks and you call it long hair. Is this a joke?

Great to get hair cut, do a top job! Seem to take that extra bit of care/pride in the job. Also great for a wet shave too! Would highly recommend.
