Meltham Self Storage

We used Meltham Self storage to store furniture during a recent renovation project.I have to say it couldn’t have been easier, we were met at the site and given a quick tour.The containers are all new and spotless and being able to drive right up to the door was a massive bonus. Really good value too.We will definitely use again

I can defintely recommend Meltham Self Storage. They provide a great service and the storage units are spotlessly clean. The storage was just what we needed in between moving homes and being able to park directly next to the unit made it even easier, Thanks Guy.

The Storage unit was well maintained with excellent security. We Dealt with Guy who was efficient and professional, giving us a full demonstration on how the lock up worked. Area was clean and tidy and could access at any time.

I rented a storage unit at Meltham self storage for about 6 months, whilst preparing to move house. When I came to clear the unit, it became apparent that the roof had been leaking. There was thick mould on the ceiling and walls, everything that I had stored in cardboard boxes was ruined. I read the agreement and they have no responsibility for damage regardless of the cause. I was disappointed however that they didn’t even have the courtesy to meet me to hand over the keys or to reply to my email. The property that was damaged did not have any financial value however it did have significant sentimental value. The damage looks to have been caused by a leaking soil stack into the room, so pretty unpleasant. I would strongly advise that you check on your stuff monthly if you store here. For £100 per month I would expect dry storage.

Guy is running a lovely little business here and deserves every success with it. The place is immaculate and well-cared for - right down to the planters outside by the door. Communication is good and security is not a worry. We've been storing stuff for a few months during an extension build and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again if the need arose. A well deserved 5-star review.

I've recently used Meltham Self Storage whilst renovating a property. The service was excellent. The containers are clean, dry and the safe for all furniture and tools.I would highly recommend.
