I cannot speak highly enough of Chris and Tom at Goddard and Co. they have recently helped me to rent out two properties in Ipswich. Chris was involved in every step of the process and gave me great advice on how to finish and present the flats. I very much appreciated his in depth knowledge of the rental market in Ipswich which goes back years and even extended to knowing each of the buildings I had bought in personally. Tom was also always on hand to answer any questions I had and to work with me in the process of selecting tenants. I couldn’t be happier with how the process went from beginning to end. I have dealt with letting agents before and not found it a great experience but Chris and Tom have thoroughly restored my trust and I feel that for the amazing professional advice and handholding I received their service is great value.

Goddard have been very good agents. Tom and Chris have acted quickly with any issues to do with renting our property as this was the first time renting for us. Even when a problem occured over a Bank Holiday weekend, it was dealt with swiftly.
