Hollyfast Caravan Park

Just had 3 great days there, nice peaceful site,pitch nice and level. Will come back again

Myself and my family stayed at Hollyfast for my daughter's competition at the Ricoh Arena.The campsite is lovely, very clean, very quiet and great location. The lady on reception was very friendly and made us all feel very welcome.I would highly recommend Hollyfast to anyone looking to stay in the area and will definitely be returning.Many thanks for a great stay .

Lovely quite Caravan Park, with really good communication and very helpful once I arrived.

This is an attractive site, but the management should improve its customer focus; e.g. improving welcome to new arrivals, not saying that only hard standing with electric was available when grass sites, requested, were clearly available. Not making a fuss about our time of leaving. And one of us could not get more than a tepid shower

A very nice campsite surrounded by trees & fields (no road noise) just bird song, with good showers and exceptionally clean bathrooms and a good games room with pool tables & table tennis, thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night visit.

Excellent, only stayed one night, immaculately clean and tidy site, and for the beginning of August empty, couldn't have wished for a nicer site, warm friendly staff.

Looks great hoping to stay in JulyStayed there for the weekend wooded area absolutely beautiful site so quiet kept perfect showers had a handle instead of the silly button to push that never lasts long enough so could just enjoy them I fell out my caravan and damaged my ankle the lady came with ice for me and even said her husband would give me a lift to the hospital how nice she also loaned me an electric cable as mine wasn't long enough so I didn't have to move pitch she was always there at her house and really couldn't do enough to help absolutely wonderful I hand on heart fully recommend this site thank you for a lovely stay also I was taking my daughter to the nec wireless so the lady asked if I could park by the play park so when I go out later to pick my daughter up I don't disturb the other campers how very considerate there's a play room with pool tables darts foosball table and some arcade machines and a large slide play area Thank you we had a lovely stay

I have put one star because that is the only way I can get to review this site.It is the worst site I have ever stayed on.The toilet block was not cleaned all the whole time we were there. ( arrived Friday lunchtime and left Monday morning) by Saturday night the showers floors and the floor of the toilet were covered in mud and discarded paper tissues, there was no soap in the dispensers to wash your hands with.By Saturday lunchtime all the bins were full and by Saturday evening all overflowing!These again were not touched and still in the same state when we left on Monday morning.There was absolutely nobody around all weekend to ask for things to be cleaned and emptied. It was just as if all the staff had abandoned the site for the weekend.The hard standing was old tarmac from roads thinly spread over mud which meant (as it was damp) you ended up covered in mud and walked into your van however careful you were.We paid £72.75 for 3 nights for this we got electricity and water absolutely nothing else!It was also cash only payment, I wonder why in this day and age!I would not give this site even 1 star but as I said I had to so I could write this review to warn people NOT TO GO THERE!

This is a nice caravan site with 58 pitches, 5 of which are caravan and camping club members only. The lady on reception was lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Toilet facilities are very basic however we found them to be very clean. The owner certainly makes this park, and we couldn't possibly give this any less than 5 star due to the service we received. The owner even brought us tomato ketchup and butter when we ran out. Shop is well equipped our indicator bulb failed and guess what they have one in then shop just brilliant. Nice place looking forward to returning
