Words can’t explain how amazing Caroline has been throughout our wedding planning process, on the wedding day, and after. My husband and I got married in May 2023. We originally had a different videographer booked which fell through, and this is the best thing that could have happened as we then found Focused Memory Productions. Caroline was amazing from the beginning. She always replied to emails quickly and was so helpful. We had a meeting with Caroline before the wedding day so that we could discuss details which meant there was no stress at all on wedding day as she knew exactly what she was doing and just got on with it. Caroline was so friendly and made us feel really at ease. My husband and I were a little worried about there being cameras around us as we are a little camera shy, but Caroline made us feel so relaxed and we forgot the cameras were even there. Caroline went above and beyond to capture the perfect shots, nothing was too much trouble. Caroline felt more like a guest than our videographer, and all of our guests made many comments about how great she was. We received our highlight film a few weeks after the wedding and it exceeded all expectations. Caroline captured our special day so perfectly, we couldn’t have asked for more. We cannot wait to receive our full length film as we know that it’s going to be amazing. Thank you so much Caroline, we cannot recommend you enough!!

From the very start when Caroline sat and discussed my wedding day with us she was professional, polite and patient. Nothing was too much trouble, infact she went above and beyond. I can honestly say she was such a lovely presence, making me laugh when having videos taken of just the bride and groom. Where to begin? Caroline is sensational!On the build up to the day Caroline's communication was fantastic. It was great to have a planning meeting so that we were really clear on the process and Caroline was aware of our plans. On the day itself Caroline was so laid back and discreet in capturing the memories and our guests have commented on how fab she was too! We have just received our highlights video and I cannot put into words how perfectly it captures our day. She has perfectly captured the atmosphere and mood of the day and there's a gorgeous mix of clips. We cannot wait to receive our full video, thank you Caroline, you were a dream to work with!

Caroline was fabulous capturing our wedding day. She was professional from start to finish. She became our personal cheerleader and supported and celebrated us all day. She has a way of making you feel at ease and enioy all the little moments. If we got to do our wedding day again we would hire her again in a heartbeat! My husband and I had Caroline as our videographer for our wedding in June, we cannot recommend her enough.Throughout the whole process from the initial email to receiving our highlight video Caroline has been so responsive to any queries I've had. It was great to have a video chat with Caroline a week or so before our wedding, we were able to go through what would happen on the day in detail and it allowed us to add in certain parts we wanted captured.We were unsure how it would be with Caroline videoing us and having a photographer around too, but they worked so well together and it was all so relaxed and natural! I didn't notice Caroline half the time as she was so discreet with her filming, it's incredible to see the footage captured in just our 5 minute highlight film!Thank you Caroline for putting so much love into each video, We cannot wait to see our feature film!

We hired Caroline to capture our wedding day, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation, Caroline was professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in getting to know us as a couple to aid her getting the best shots on the day. We thoroughly recommend Caroline if you are looking for a wedding videographer. We went for the Rose package and she certainly went above and beyond to capture our day.She was absolutely wonderful during the event and made us feel completely at ease with being filmed. We have just watched the highlights film and are in absolute bits!!! Her thoughtful editing is of such a high standard and the added bonus of drone footage is simply wonderful. Booking FMP for our wedding video was one of the easiest decisions we made regarding our big day. While shopping around we met Caroline at a wedding fayre and while talking we made an immediate decision. Caroline has a very calm and confident aura and the style of video’s she creates was just what we were hoping for. We emailed Caroline after the fayre and our date was secured within 48 hours. The deposit and contract system was easy to use and very convenient.Throughout the planning process Caroline was always very prompt and attentive when it came to communication and the details for the day. It was always very clear what Caroline needed from us and what we should expect from her in return, we found this to be very reassuring during the whole planning stage. Caroline’s organized nature was also evident on the actual day, making sure that everyone was on schedule and working really well alongside our Photographers to make sure we had the best of both worlds. Caroline was patient with us throughout the day, even when we were nervous or had a few too many beverages. Those in the wedding party who were making speeches or doing readings were well informed and the microphones they wore were not noticeable against their suits/dresses. It was a long and very hot day but Caroline’s energy never seemed to decrease. Caroline moved around our venue and guests very discretely, many guests didn’t even realise we were having a video filmed! This worked out really well as our video is full of natural candid shots of our guest enjoying the day. Many guests have commented about Caroline’s “magic bag” of goodies and the offering of sunscreen and various supplies. After the day we received our highlights video about 6 weeks later. This was much quicker than we had expected and it was lovely to watch back. The music chosen by Caroline was of good taste and suited the style of the video very well. The audio was always crisp and the video quality was excellent, very clear and vibrant. I’m so pleased that we chose to have a wedding video and very relieved that we were able to book FMP for a high quality, traditional video that will not date as styles and trend change.
